How it works
- 01Date and type of session are confirmed against availability.
- 02Paid in full to confirm the session.
- 03Sneak peek within 48 hours, full edited gallery within 7 business days.
Cancellation
More than 48 hours before
Reschedule at no charge, subject to availability.
Within 48 hours or no-show
Payment is non-refundable.
Photographer emergency
A replacement photographer is arranged, or the session is rescheduled.
Romance photography
How it works
- 01Date and place are confirmed against availability.
- 02Package and timeline are agreed, together with the planner or venue contact where applicable.
- 03Agreement is signed and a 50% deposit locks the date.
- 04Remainder is due 14 days before the event. Bookings made less than 14 days out are paid in full at booking.
- 05Sneak peek and gallery delivery follow the timeline of the selected package.
Cancellation
More than 90 days out
Deposit refunded in full.
Within 90 days or no-show
Deposit is forfeited. If paid in full, everything except the deposit is refunded.
Date changes
Subject to availability. May be treated as a cancellation if the new date can't be accommodated.
Photographer emergency
A replacement of similar standard is arranged whenever possible. If none is available, every payment is refunded.
